Error 582: Wrong Version of Word

When the user installs for the wrong version of Word, or updates without re-installing

The error 582 indicates:

  1. When installing EasyHTML/Help you did not select the correct version of Word. If so please re-install. EasyHTML/Help works with Word 6,7 and 97 but needs to install different things depending on the Word version.

    or
  2. You have recently swapped from Word 6 to Word 7/97 and not reinstalled EasyHTML/Help!

    or
  3. You have other templates or addins loaded that are not working properly!
