Converting Help files to Web pages

Explains the process of taking an existing HLP file and converting it into an HTML document.

Basically, the user must use a Help decompiler to turn the original HLP file to RTF format, then using the RTF file, run the RTFtoHTML macro

It is a two step process:

  1. Decompile the Help using the Help de compiler.

The Help decompiler can be found at:
    ftp://ftp.u-net.com/com/eon/helpdc20.zip

Or if you have the original RTF continue with step 2
  2. Load you RTF, Save as a DOC, attach the EasyHTML/Help template and run 'RTF2HTML' form the 'More' button.

Now you have a Word document that can be processed as HTML
