The document details file (docname.INI) is limited to 64K under Windows 9x (NT is OK). Unfortunately this is a Microsoft API limitation.
If this happens when you are converting from RTF you can delete the INI and restart. Then delete the INI before processing after the conversion.
It can also happens if you have a lot of 'popup' type topics with long paragraphs.
Since EasyHH uses the first paragraph of a Topic as the basis of the title and keywords this can cause the INI file to get too big. You can edit the INI file to shorten the names of refine your document with shorter topic headings.
Note. If you delete the .INI it gets recreated at Process time but you will loose your customisations for keywords etc.
