This is not perfect but the 1.0d update may help with the Context Ids...

Added Context Ids on the Topic dialog. These can also be edited in the document details file (ContextNumber=)
A <projectname>.CTX file is maintained during each 'Process'. The .CTX file lists the Context Ids and Aliases of topics in all documents in the project. This file will be used a Build time, unless a <projectname>.MAP file is present in the WebPages folder. If you need to fine tune the CTX file you should rename it to projectname.MAP
Macro Function 'EasyHHAutoContextIds' added to automatically generate Context Ids for the Topics in the current document. Access this via the Run Functions dialog.
Option to prevent overwriting of a stylesheet on a Process – 'OverWriteStylesheet' in the advanced configuration dialog. The related option of 'StyleSheetname' is also very useful if you maintain your own custom stylesheets.
Automatically converts Word 97 Hyperlinks at Process time.

Note:

The CTX file created currently has a == after the context number. Can you let us know if this causes a problem. If it does, copy the project.CTX file to a Project.MAP file and replace all the == with nothing and do a build.

We can get rid of the == but this causes other problems like duplicate entries - so we are hoping the HTMLHelp compiler ignores the bit after the number.
