Please make sure you are using the latest version of EasyHTML/Help from our Web site.
Please check your language configuration options using the CONFIG | LANGUAGE SETTINGS dialog.
You may find that your version of Chinese saves RTF files in a different way than English/US versions, if you look in the Word Basic Reference manual under the section Save As, you will find a number indicating the RTF save type. This number is normally 6 or it may be 4, or it may be something else for your language.
Then open the LANGUAGE.INI file in the main EasyHH folder and find the section enclosed in square brackets, this relates to your language version of Word and put in a statement that says RTF= , and put in whichever number is appropriate to your language version of Word. Then, for example the settings for traditional Chinese are:
