I have a Word document that hangs up trying to use the "Delete Topics & Links" feature. I get an "Adjusting selection" message and Word just hangs!
With Word 97 and upwards the delete TOPICS and LINKS feature should not be used on large areas, it is best to select only a few at a time. This is because of the difficulties with working with Word and its memory problems.
